3-Day Return Window
We want you to love your Rivoré fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility & Condition
- The item must be in its original, unopened condition with the cellophane wrap intact.
- Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns for opened or used bottles unless they arrived damaged.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or provided as store credit within 5-7 business days.
